HOW TO GET TICKETS

NON-PROFIT GROUPS TICKETING INFORMATION

Group leaders of educational and not-for-profit organizations can now make reservations by calling 212.627-7373. Maximum group size is 75, minimum 15.

Please note: Reservations will not be taken for weekend and evening performances. Order only the EXACT NUMBER OF SEATS YOU WILL NEED. Unused seats will deprive others of a place at the performance! We require 48 HOURS CANCELLATION NOTICE. If we do not receive timely notification, other orders for your organization may not be honored. Please bring enough chaperones to ensure proper supervision. There is no on-site bus parking.

GENERAL PUBLIC TICKETING INFORMATION

A limited number of free tickets will be made available to individuals each show day at the theatre on a first come, first served basis. Tickets for each day’s performances will be distributed beginning one hour prior to the first performance of the day. Individuals are limited to 4 tickets per adult per day.

Please note: Reservations can not be made by the general public. We only accept reservations from not-for-profit and educational organizations.Because reservations are accepted from many summer camps, public distribution tickets are limited for the weekday daytime performances. Availability is better for Sunday afternoons and Thursday evenings, and Thursday nights are usually best. Once the public tickets are distributed, any remaining patrons will be admitted at curtain time on a space-available basis. Strollers are not allowed in the theater. Please note that the performance is recommended for ages 4 and up. Please be considerate of fellow audience members.
